Job Description:
A company is looking for a Substance Use Disorder Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead individual and group counseling sessions with compassion and
professionalism
Design, manage, and document treatment plans tailored to patient
needs
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and facilitate
group or family therapy sessions as required
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a relevant field or specific credentials (CAC,
CAS, CADC, CRC, LADC, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
Bachelor's Degree holders without credentials may apply if
committed to obtaining them within 30-60 days of employment
Degree must be in psychology, social work, or related health
services field from an accredited institution
Relevant experience in addiction recovery and/or
medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
Experience in behavioral health counseling, including individual
and group facilitation
