Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist
users with technical issues related to 3D scanning and modeling
tools.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through Zendesk, addressing inquiries
about 3D scanning and editing processes
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users on best practices for
high-quality 3D scans
Document and track customer issues, identifying patterns and
suggesting improvements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience providing customer support using Zendesk
Proven experience working in a remote environment for 1+ years
Proficiency with 3D tools and technologies, including modeling
software
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving
technical issues
Experience creating technical documentation or tutorials
