Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to
lead the implementation of clients on their global payroll
system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project set-up and deliver successful roll-outs of global
payroll across multiple countries
Oversee client and project management, ensuring timely delivery and
effective communication
Define and establish client payroll processes while ensuring
compliance with local and international regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 2 years in global payroll implementation and 4 years
running payroll for designated countries
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across various
countries
Experience with different payroll systems and software
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
